Delivery and Returns

All orders are processed within 2 business days, subject to payment clearance and stock

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization or destination customs clearance.

A confirmation email will be sent when your order is placed.

Orders for delivery in Denmark are shipped by Post Danmark or GLS.

Orders out of Denmark are shipped with UPS. Please note that the goods cannot be left to you without a signature, and that the courier’s usually operate between 8 AM – 6 PM (08.00 – 18.00) on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering – for example, your work address.

Insurance

Naja Lauf ApS insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you.

Returns

Making a return or an exchange is easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Complete your returns detail on the returns form which is included with your receipt. Include both this form and invoice to the return package.
  2. Pack your returned goods with all original packaging
  3. Send your package to following address

Please read following carefully before sending your package.

Exchange or return

You may return your order within 14 days upon reception. Return shipping charges are at your own expense with the exception of faulty/defective items however, you will be responsible for paying duties and taxes on the replacement items.

To exchange an item, simply specify new size or color you require on the return form. All exchanged are subject to availability. Please note that items that have been worn, altered, or washed and without original tags will not be accepted.

Outlet items cannot be exchanged.

The defect items must be due to material or manufacturing defects. All products are carefully controlled for defects before shipment, to minimise the risk, that you will receive a defect item. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wrong washing, accidents or wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Upon returning defective items, please clearly state the reason, this will ease the return process. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Returns that are not accepted will be sent back to the customer at our expense.

Please note parcels send by Cash on Delivery (COD) will not be accepted.

Receiving a refund

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card after registering and processing your package.
